What is the restoration of the Tabernacle of David? We are grafted in to the family of God (Romans 11: 17), and we become a part of the commonwealth of Israel. (Eph 2:12). In coming into covenant relationship with Yeshua the Messiah, this is a fulfilling of the raising up and restoring of the fallen Tabernacle of David (Acts 15:16) as prophesied in Amos 9: 11. This involves the gathering and united of the 12 tribes of Israel. Paul is addressing this issue of how God is moving among the non-Jewish Gentile believers, and he states:
God, who knows the heart, acknowledged them by giving them the Holy Spirit, just as He did to us, and made no distinction between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith. Acts 15: 9. In other words, God did not wait for non Jews to be physically circumcised for Him to pour out His spirit upon them. He poured out His spirit upon them, not putting any difference between the Jew and the non Jew. Those who would receive the Messiah through the outpouring of His spirit would be circumcised in their heart. Listen in as Eddie reveals to us the heart of God concerning the restoration of the Tabernacle of David.
